I do not accept insurance in California, Oregon, or Washington. All visits in these locations are self-pay. I provide a superbill after each visit that you can submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Check with your insurance company to see what your plan covers for out of network providers. I also accept HSA/FSA cards.

Good Faith Estimate. Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. I provide one to all self-pay clients before your first visit.
To assist clients in getting the mental healthcare they need, I offer a limited number of sliding-scale slots each month. If this is something you are in need of please don't hesitate to discuss this with me at our consultation to see how I can assist you.
I believe that healthcare is a human right and that everyone in our society deserves to be cared for when they aren't feeling well. To improve access to care, I maintain a limited number of spots per month where I can offer discounted services for women who are in need of mental health care but do not have the available insurance or cash resources to access it. If needed, please check in with me at our consultation to see if I'm able to help you.
I do not offer free or sliding scale service for hormone therapy, peri-menopausal care.
If I'm unable to offer discounted services then I will do my best to assist you in getting the care that you need by helping to connect you with other providers or support systems that meet your needs.
Occasionally clients will need additional forms or paperwork completed outside of typical session notes. A charge of $50.00 per form (up to 3 pages) will be charged to your credit card on file. Please allow 5-7 business days for all forms to be uploaded to your secure portal.
